PLAYER REPRESENTATION & MANAGEMENT
We are the fastest growing soccer agency in the U.S. because we know how to represent and manage professional women-soccer-players. Our CEO is an attorney and an excellent salesman. He not only secures contracts for the agency's players and places them in European soccer clubs in which they will be a good fit, but also negotiates those contracts, translates their commerical terms, and helps such players to review and understand those terms.
We do not mass-mail any player's profile to European soccer clubs. We have such strong relationships with the general managers ("GMs")/coaches of such clubs (especially in Spain, France, Germany, Holland, and Portugal) that those GMs/coaches reach out to our agency to tell us what they need. We, then, market our players based on a club's needs, commensurate with a player's fit and her desire to play in a certain country/city or for a particular club. We also travel to Europe to supervise and mentor our represented players.
FITNESS TRAINING
We use heart-rate monitors to train our players for 60 days (overall fitness-training period) prior to the start of a given season. During such time. the fitness training focuses on: (i) improving their aerobic endurance (30 days); (ii) enhancing their anaerobic endurance and their speed and agility (30 days); and (iii) honing each of their metabolic pathways to ameliorate their energy reserves in situations of fatigue and, consequently, their overall endurance.

TACTICAL TRAINING
We ameliorate your soccer acumen (or IQ) by teaching strategic concepts in small-sided games, such as (i) how to create 1v1 match-ups, (ii) how to exploit a 2v1, 3v2 or 4v3 (overload) situation to create goal-scoring opportunities, (iii) understanding the difference between a 3v3 and a 4v4 in light of the offensive/defensive principles of play; how to counter-attack and defend the same, (iv) how to press as a team, etc.
TECHNICAL TRAINING
We improve your fundamentals, repetitively working on, among other things: (i) honing a player's first-touch; (ii) perfecting technique in dribbling, shielding, trapping, passing, chipping, heading, and shooting (for all players); (iii) sharpening the accuracy of shooting/finishing (for forwards); (iv) strengthening the field-vision and passing accuracy of players (for midfielders); and (v) teaching lateral movement and practicing cover, cutting angles, and other defensive skills (for defenders).
MENTORSHIP & PLAYER
SUPERVISION
As our players Caeley and Amanda (opposite picture) attest in their testimonial, mentorship and player supervision play a paramount role in the success of an American playing professional soccer in Europe. We prepare our players for the trials and tribulations that they will face as professionals abroad - before they depart for Europe - and provide our players with the guidance, support, advice, and feedback that they need to thrive and succeed (achieving ultimately their objectives) in their professional soccer careers. We travel to Europe twice per year to supervise our players when they play abroad, and we ameliorate their performance by giving them guidance prior to games, as well as feedback after games observed, and by studying film with them to correct mistakes. We especially do this with youth players or young professionals who wish to make the transition toward becoming mature, professional players.
